Our team manages buyer enquiries throughout the campaign, answers questions about the property, distributes property information, follows up with interested buyers and assists with offers and negotiations.

Yes.
As with any property transaction, we recommend that both buyers and sellers obtain independent legal advice.
Your solicitor will review documentation, provide legal advice and assist with settlement, just as they would in any other property sale.

In The Hand charges a Success Fee of $10,000 + GST, payable when your property is sold.
There is also an upfront Marketing Package of $2,800 + GST, which covers professional photography, listing costs and campaign setup.
We'll discuss any optional marketing upgrades with you before your campaign begins.

The Marketing Package covers the upfront costs of preparing and advertising your property, including photography, copywriting, online listings and signage.
The Success Fee is only payable if your property sells.
If your property doesn't sell during the campaign, Amy and Courtney will review the campaign with you and discuss the available options moving forward.

If your property doesn't sell during the campaign, Amy and Courtney will review buyer feedback, campaign performance and market conditions with you and discuss the best options moving forward.
